About Saffron House Counselling
I am a Senior Accredited member of the BACP and a qualified supervisor. I have a centrally located private counselling practice in the centre of Saffron Walden. I see individuals, couples and young people and work from a predominately Psychodynamic perspective but also work integratively to include Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have a particular interest in disability, anxiety, relationship difficulties and work related stress.
